Is Maplewick free?
Yes. It is free during early access, with no ads.
Where is my town saved?
On the device you play on, in your browser's storage. To keep a backup, open the menu, go to Settings, choose Move your town to another device and copy your save code.
How do I move my town to a new phone?
On the old phone, open the menu, go to Settings, choose Move your town to another device and tap Copy my save code. On the new phone, open the same place, paste the code and tap Load a save code. Keep the code somewhere safe until the town shows up.
Why can't I play more right now?
Play time is the break, so it has edges: you can bank at most 45 minutes, and earn up to 2 hours a day. A focus session of 5 minutes or more always earns more.
Does it keep counting if my screen turns off?
Yes. The timer keeps running with the screen off. Put the phone face down and come back when it buzzes.
Can I use it like an app on my iPhone?
Open the game in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. It opens full screen from your home screen, like any other app. An App Store version is on the way.
How do I leave the leaderboard?
Open the menu, go to Friends & leaderboard and tap Leave next to your name. Your entry is deleted and you are signed out. The privacy page lists exactly what the entry holds.
